Q: Can I get a sample for test?
A: Free samples is not available at this stage, hope for your kind understanding. However, we do not have MOQ requirement. We would appreciate it if you could kindly place a trial order to us. Thanks!

A: yes, we offer both OEM and ODM service.
Q: How long will you send our orders?
A: We keep stock for our regular products. Usually, some small trial order will be send with 3 working days. For large or very large quantities orders, we will need 3-35 working days to arrange production, it depends on specific order.
Q: How to ship?
A: Usually we send goods For small quantity, we usually send by courier, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, FEDEX, TNT. For large quantity or volume, we usually sent by Air or ocean container. Basically, shipping cost depends on customer's own choice.
Q: What's the minimum order of your products?
A: We do not have MOQ for new customers, please feel free to place your sample order to us.
Q: How to send payment?
A: We accept 100% pre-payment by T/T bank transfer or PayPal. Please choose the most convenient way.

A: Send requirement to get our catalog-review our catalog and choose models- send us your order list(please list in details with specification and quantities)-we will send you a proforma invoice- check the invoice and confirm- do the payment-send payment copy to us-we arrange production-goods ready, we confirm shipping documents with you-send out the goods and inform tracking number to you -you clear out the goods and received.
