Instruction of WedgeGuard
The wedgeguard consists of a plastic wedge (with holes) and a stainless steel sheet embedded in the plastic wedge. The main body of the wedge is thin and its outer shape is like "sail ". The concave shape of its biological curve is consistent with the anatomical shape of the adjacent gap so that it can close the gap (gingival area) to the maximum extent while entering the narrow gap, meanwhile it can protect papilla and reduce the damage to the gums. Stainless steel sheet offers clearer view for dentists,which effectively prevent the damage to adjacent teeth from appliance and the needle.It is mainly used in preparing teeth, veneers and inlays.
