The company acquired the 31,000-square-foot building on 1.77 acres at 25 Power Drive where it will expand and relocate from leased space at 206 Terminal Drive in Plainview.
The Power Drive property had been the North American headquarters for Tuttnauer USA, a manufacturer and supplier of sterilization and infection control systems for medical, dental and research industries. Tuttnauer USA will be relocating its Long Island operations to 345 Oser Ave. in Hauppauge where it just signed a 10-year lease for 30,000 square feet.
Raj Whadwa of KK Capital Group represented Gong Cha Tea, while Ralph Perna of Schacker Realty represented seller Tuttnauer USA in the Hauppauge sales transaction.
Perna also represented Tuttnauer USA, as well as the landlord, 345 Oser Ave. LLC, in the Hauppauge lease transaction.
